dude, I've had babes and I've got an awesome babe (not "hot", but amazing and very pretty). not the issue. am I healthy? Probably not. Am I happy? DEFINITELY. So, the question is, lose the weight or not. The outcome of this poll affects nothing. I might do it, and I might not. The effort is the problem. I can bench 350 and I routinely destroy people at arm wrestling. I don't exactly care, though. I have a good life, will losing the weight affect anything other than how people see me?

you should only decide to lose weight if you think you should. if you dont fell like your fat, then your fine. if you feel fat, lose a couple pounds and see how you feel.

Dude if ya happy & healthy that's all that matters! Put if ya wanna get in shape this site helped me loads. Got a complete training programs, cal counters etc. I've so far lost 2 1/2 stone and am truniung my bod in to my temple, gonna be a buff mutha fucka in a few years!!

It's always great to hear how happy someone is after they've lost at least 50 pounds. But, I've no clue where you're from so that might be a bad thing. People do seem happy after they've lost 22,700 grams.
