FAQ Request

can we get a FAQ on how to harvest.. what steps to take.. do you prune the leaves before.. or after it's dry..how long does it take to dry? should i mist my buds with water to stay fresh...

that kinda thing.. suggestions and comments please?

Zandor and Garden Knowm,

I am also about than a week or two from harvesting my first indoor grow (I hope).

I am anxiously awaiting your advice on this subject. I grow in soil and have been using SuperBloom for the past few weeks. I am planning to switch to a pure water flush tomorrow and will use only water until I harvest.

Do I stop watering a few days or so before harvest?
How long from harvest to smokable product?

Also another question, can I reveg my one and only plant after harvesting the buds so that I can get a couple of clones for my next grow? I really love this strain and have no way of replicating it otherwise.

One of the issues of this topic is that there are so many variations of the processes. Its a matter of personal preferences.

In fact I remember you yourself saying that no cure method was in fact needed at all :) Just dry and smoke :)

Remember???

Then where does the 'water cure' method.....get posted?

Perhaps we can have a list of the different types of harvest and manicure procedures....

Exactly there are many different methods to drying and or curing. This is why we need a FAQ to a basic simple way of harvesting because alot of new grower's obviously get confused as to which steps to take. sometimes even confusing the parts of the plant that they're supposed to harvest...

Yes there are many different ways to harvest and cure.. and infact some people don't cure at all.

A simple and basic How-to on harvesting would be ... in every sense of the word.. Kickass.
