bloom question

My plants seem to be stuck in a phase now where they are full of small bud sites , almos like throughout the whole stem is full of small fur balls ...will they expand??? and all come together into one bud or what is going on??? and wow much longer do i have to go???? looks like this throughout the plant

How long have you been 12/12 ? Usually takes at leat 45-50 days till there done..

If you are lighting correctly.. they will get bigger....

What color are the hairs?

There are some pathetic sativa strains that don't make very big nugs... Are they bag seeds..?
