like, after i smoke a joint, sit and toast for about an hour, then i have incredible urge to go to sleep.

umm thats about the way i am..and most the people i know are.....i mean if i smoke a good jay then im usually toasted for 3 or 4 hours but our jays are usually big ass hog legs man..there nice but yea im like that

you want an up energetic high try a sativa [outdoor variety] indica is mostly grown indoors a more go to sleep high.or a hybrid like white widow.

Sativa = A more "heady" high. Not so much burnout

Try using a vaporizer instead of smoking it. Even with a 100% indica you'll get a lot less burn-out
