ok this will be hard cant realy give alot of details about this but...i was a member of a place was accused of smoking pot there...they found "roaches" they say...i was the first to get kicked off...well the only one...they never asked me if it was me...did not have the right to a fair trial..constituitional right!...never saw these "roaches" and now after a 90 day suspension they are trying not to bring me back... i was nice and took the fall only because i have a possision charge they know about..is this profiling?..its a volunteer organization....any help would help very much...there are 2 ways i can approach this 1. habis corpus...i never had a trial or the time to defend myself just you are suspended...and then the addiction thing...well addcition is a medical condition you you cant suspend me for a medical condition
