When you are going to start curing your buds do you want them to be 100% dry all the way??
By curing I obviously mean putting them in jars or tupperware....
Or do you want them to be a little moist when you do this??
Anyone from experience??

Hey Heads4,
They should be fairly dry by the time you put them in jars, If the stems snap when you bend them, its ready for curing. Dont forget to air them out for about 15 mins daily. Cure'm for a good month if you can.

Slimpickuns,

And...
What are the benefits of curing in the first place??
Any why is it good to go as long as a month if possible??

Curing gives it that extra punch, in aroma, taste and potency. A good slow cure will slowly sweat the remaining moister without drying the buds too fast. Be sure not to pack the buds in the jars, keep'm loose in there and air them out daily for 15 mins. Keep the jars somewhere dark and room temp. I've read of people curing for 6 months but I personally go for a month. I'll admit, it is hard to keep the hand outta the cookie jar after 2 weeks. Enjoy!

iT'S THE CURING THAT BRINGS back the aroma you can smell so well before cutting the plants down that seems to deminish when you dry them and first put them in jars?? After being cut they seem to go from the skunky aroma to that green homegrown just cut smell..... curing in tyhe jars will bring that skunky smell back I hope??
