it maybe legal but it might not mean that its easy to find

It is very tolerated, but not legal to sell in stores. The stores I have found have sold mainly outdoor / male strands. There is a pub down the road, where it is often smoked on the patio... I am just not keen on walking up to strangers and asking. Desperation will set in I am sure.
