(it's hella sticky) I have so much of it in my bong stem that I have to get it with a pipe cleaner nearly every time I smoke just to get a hit. Should I be saving this gunk or should I suck it up and buy some 420 to clean my shit with?

I have a steamroller. It all filters out right there at the end of the tube. There is no screen (I have a one-hitter on it), so resin and partially/mostly burnt-up herb balls up there. I usually just knock it off into the trash, but when I need it, there's always twenty hits down there.

Just think of lighting that great weed. First hit is best, cause all the trichomes are exploding their THC filled sacks into your lungs. Progressively the burn and more toxins. Carbon, Benzene, wax, tars it is so much shit. All that carbolizes in that gunk.

I know in times of need and distress it is better than nothing, but you gotta reach for the bud. Keep your bong clean all the time anyway. Sludge in it means you are getting a shit hit, so keep it clean. Then the question will never arise.

Hey scarlett! Heres what i do to get the resin to not be so sticky. I scrap the resin out of my piece with my pocket knife then i sprinkle a bit of ash on it to make it less stick and roll it into a big ball, then i smoke it. Try that it really works. Good luck! :)

I think if you roll your bong balls in shake instead of ash, that might make it taste better too. I am not above smoking it, but I would have to be low or out to put that much effort into it. It is not what most of us would refer to as "resin" it is tar or "gunk" as many of us would refer to it. While it MUST have some THC content, the wax, tar, carbon, noxious things that go bump in the night far outweigh the positive stuff. So, what I think it comes down to, if you are DYING, then what the hell. But if you can, clean the thing and wait for something rightous to cross your lungs.

Many of us here find the thought of this stuff so repugnant. But I do remember when that was all there was. Sucks man. Sucks bad. It is not good for you unless you are already dying of cancer of potophobia already.

When I clean the shit out of my cob pipe, I put it on a paper, mix it with weed and smoke that. Don't wait till you're completely dry, mix that nasty gunk with a little weed and it should be better than smoking pure resin. It's a dirty high, but it's not like you smoke pipe gunk every day, it's something you do every once in a while.

i clean my pipe out and save that shit. when i got nothing to smoke, i smoke that. it gets you high a shit, but it also tastes like shit. it's nice when your out and you go "ahhaa! my ball of resin!" also you can boil glass peices. get a pan big enugh for the piece and wrap it in a sock or t-shirt, so it doesn't bang arround. boil it for a while and it will be store bought clean in no time. rubbing alcahol works to, but you gotta make sure it's damn dry before you toke again, or BOOM!.

Ahh, you remember.

You can mix nutmeg and hashish with other herbal highs and get really beaned. Look up majun or majung and maybe +morocco on google and you will get it. Maybe I will dig up a recipe. There were other things in it too. If I remember you would have to eat 1-3 whole nutmeg to get a real trip, and that is preposterous when you taste them and see them. As a spice in a candy, sort of additive, it sure made it trippy.

It is cooked up in a paste and eaten. You have to heat the delta 6 natural THC to change to the delta 9 that takes us higher. Which is why cannabis butter is so good for cooking. I am going to make some hash oatmeal rasin cookies in a couple days for some visiting Russian and British friends. I find that using just the shaken Trichromes in cooking makes any green or grainy taste never happen.

Isnt that Salvia 10x enough? It is the closest fake to DMT I ever had. I love the visuals. Hated what it did to my lungs. Have you vaporized it?

As far as the original topic, I am conflicted as well. Ive run out of bud enough times to appreciate resin. However, I was always a metal pipe smoker, the resin is pretty inoffensive in a metal pipe. The stuff that forms in my bong, however, looks and smells quite noxious. Im afraid after trying to smoke that shit I'd have to drink a bottle of Listerine to kill the aftertaste and bad breath.

Ive been just getting rid of it altogether when it builds up in my stem and chamber. I always feel guilty for being wasteful afterwards...but the smell isnt exactly in my face after the fact to remind me why I decided to clean it out at that point.


Let me know, if you decide to, how bong resin smokes or if you find a pleasurable smoking method or trick for the resin.
