here here.. place burnt down on canada day in toronto supposedly by some kids with fireworks. Turns out it was a "Mini Grow" in the basement of the house. It was 150 plants.

Its chopper season up here. They have been flying their circles regularly these past few days.
Im praying for the safety of the med crops.
I could never grow without friggin being dosed on chill pills all day. My nerves couldnt handle it. But , for those who do I owe a lot of gratitude.
Without some of y'all riskin what you do and stressing like you must we wouldnt have the meds we need.
So, since this thread is bound to atract the growing crowd I thought it a good place to post a 'thank you' to the brave amoung us.
Sure many do it for pure profit, regardless of motivation it is appreciated.

I was in court for a driving while disqulified charge while i was waiting to go up to get my punishment some oldish man went up chraged with growing dope the cops found 16 allmost mature plants in the roof of his house and afew clones in the cubboard plus acouple of plants out in the garden, the guy got about 200hrs community work he claimed the pot was for personal use as he would grow over summer and smoke his weed throughout the year, yes he said he'd grow over summer yet most of his plants were found indoor.

More recently a long time associate was found with 20 ready to harvest plants and 20clones + 1pound allready packaged into ounce bags he is currently getting fucked over big time not to sure when he's back in court but i'll gives ya's an update when i find out more.

Another old mate's brother was found with 7pounds of pot that he had just dryed and bagged he was on his way from where it was dryed to storage location he got pulled over and the cops could smell it... for this he received 2years jail so under newzealand laws he only would have spent 1yr in jail for 7pounds of pot

Yea, I got busted a long time ago and have been done with all that bullshit probation shit for a while. I got mine and dealt with it. It was a first offence. That's what saved me, and I was young going to college.

The cops came over because I did'nt finish some community service hours. It just went downhill from there. It did change my life. Sometimes change is good.

It sucked but went well. :o

Growing falls under acceptable risk in the US right now. If you grow you are willfully accepting your state and subsequent federal penalties. I think it is important, however, to continue growing. Just be safe. Greed is what foils most.

we had 80-some plants growing when we were busted in '99 (most were bros grimm version of big bud i was helping them with for seed) and no time (2 years suspended sentence) or fine was given. i did get 2 years of probation (actually 14 months because once i got my med use license everyone agreed it was kinda silly being on probabtion for something i can legally do now) and was also given "rules" about my net use ("no illegal activities"...lol). it did cost a shitload for the attorney that handled everything and not real sure it was worth it as friends have since gone to court with similar amounts and got same sentence i got and they used public attorneys. so all i know is nevada is pretty lenient when it comes to illegal cultivation. btw, we got busted due to a couple of teenage boys living next door who caught a whiff in the air and climbed the 8' wall separating our yards only to be caught and pinned with a 12ga sandwiching his head with the ground (at 3am...noticed a few buds kept coming up missing by morning after watching a couple days so decided to wait up that one night). the shotgun was empty but he didn't know and scared him so bad he went home and told his parents...who then called the cops. then exactly one week later swat pays us a visit...the rest is history.

another case and happening now:
if y'all watch/search the case of "pierre werner" you'll be able to learn about a recent and still ongoing court case involving a legal med user (has since been terminated from the program but is the 1st and only...) who was busted last winter/spring with too many plants and lb's of processed, bagged and ready for sale buds. he openly admits to selling to med users and has been suing the city of las vegas and nv dept of agriculture to get his license back and make the city give him a business license to dispense 'medicine'. not sure when his next court date is but should be soon. i've googled his name and there's info about the case and him out there. he originally was arrested for being very open about his dealing and having too many plants after police served a warrant because he sold to a narc several times.

ok ill tell you all about the first and only time i got busted for growing. well there are some old train tracks where i live so i hopped on my fourwheeler and was off to water my 12 female plants that were about a foot and a half high and already and starting to get buds on them, and apparently some old lady had noticed me going back there every day at the same time (i would do it after school when my parents werent home so i could get out of the house with the necessary materials for my beauties without getting questioned on why i was bringing a 2 litre bottle of water and some plastic heat shells with me on my fourwheeler)

so that old bitch went on a hunt and totally fucking went insane on my plants i went back the next day and it was like a warzone i almost cried when i saw my plants torn to shreads and all the potting soil every where. so yeah i was fucking pissed, then on my way out i see this white van right at the entrance to the train tracks so i figured i better just keep goin since they had already seen me and then 3 pigs jumped out and held there guns to me and said turn off the machine and get on your knees with your hands behind your head, so i did what they said and luckily i left all the shit back there with the plants cause i figured there was no point in keeping it

they padded me down and shit and i was like whats this all about? and one pig said that i didnt need to know at the moment so i said no fuck that you dont have the right to do this to me and the one pig was like well that little out burst just gave us all the right in the world, so at this point i figured what the fuck so i gave them a phony address name and all that and then i saw they were putting it in a computer so i was like SHIT(cause it would come back through the computer that i lied)

so i asked the one cop if i could got get my cigarrettes and he said sure so without even thinking i walked over to my fourwheeler started it up as fast as i could and fucking gunned it down the tracks as fast as i fuckin could then i took a couple back roads to my deallers house parked the fourwheeler in the back yard and stayed there for a week until the heat was off lol well luckily the pigs were all crouded around the radio thing in the van and my fourwheeler was quite a ways a way from them cause i could have got busted even worse with trying to run and all

but anyways i heard that the bitch who narked on me was telling people she was walking her dog and found them and called the narcotics control people, which was bullshit cause what the fuck would she be doing walking her dog out in the middle of butt fuck knowwhere 5 km from her house so yeah i guess to sum it all up i pulled an almost impossible stunt and ran away from the cops when they already thought they had busted me
