6) Undernourished. Say "starving" instead. "Undernourished" people are starving. There's no need for a dehumanizing euphemism here.
5) Utilize. Just say "use" you fucktard. I'm not impressed when you use an unnecessarily lonɡ word to describe a simple concept.

3) The prefix "narco-": narcotrafficking, narcoterrorists, etc. Just use the word "drug". Especially since those words are usually used for people who have nothing to do with narcotics like coke dealers (cocaine is not a narcotic).

It is now generally recognized that change in language does not correlate to a change in the thought patterns of the people using the language, so using a language like Newspeak to control thought is quite unrealistic. Languages are extremely flexible tools and people will use them to get across whatever concept they are capable of thinking, even if they have to invent new words for it.
