some buds change coler red/brown
traichome are not done yet
Will some buds change color early ?
let them ride and see what happens ?

Yes some change early and some will change late. It's all part of the cycle of life the plant goes through.

Flush when you have all cloudy trichs is more like it. That way when you finish you are about at 10% amber.

Harvest after you flush.

Drying is a dark warm place with air moving around but not directly on the drying plant. Hanging them is just easy but not required there is no THC that will move from the stem to the flowers if you hang them or not. It take about 3 day's if you use a temperature between 90-110f to dry them. This is also the point where the will have their strongest odor too so be prepared for that.

Once they are dry the stems snap clean. You store them in mason jars with a tight lid and place them in a closet out of the light for 10-30 day's for curing. There are many other ways to cure like wrap them in corn husks or dry banana leaves just to name a few.
