I wonder if the high is any different than Cannabis Sativa or Cannabis Indica.

Not everything is, as it seems
Strains to date are:
Cannabis Sativa
Cannabis Indica
Cannabis Rudialis
Cannabis Americana
Since the article suggests only two and refers to Indica as a hemp variety (pretty far from reality) I might point out that more research needs to be done before believing it. I understand the tall hemp plants are mostly sativa and the Americana was developed to be more robust in hemp rope. But hell, I am not normal or NORML.

'Rasta' is not dissimilar to the sativa sub-species but New Scientist reports that it contains more THC, certainly more than the indica sub-species that is used for rope-making.
sounds good to me.

I would say that would make 5 Rastabill
Indica, Sativa, Rudialis, Americana and this new RastaBill one. The Article seems to ignore the other known species or strains.

If it's green and gets you high, then why scrutinize?
Hooray weed!

There are actually only four species of Cannabis; Indica, Sativa, Ruderalis and the lesser known Americana. Only the first three are actually cultivated today; the first two for their psychoactive properties and the third for the production of hemp materials.
