External Aid
Cuba provides some medical care, safe haven, and political consultation. Amazing! Who could believe the DEA would do anything like that? Did you hear or read Chavez when he spoke for his 10 minutes of fame at the UN? While he spoke of freedom and liberation, Bush spoke of the need to pass more Patriot Acts for the world. September 14th was a huge gathering of dictators, despots, smugglers, criminals and overlords at the UN. The UN has about 5% membership that "claim" some kind of "representative" form of government (ie USA, UK) the rest, well, as above. With the amount of money in drugs and oil there, there is enough to warrent real deadly corruption. The kind the powers used to send us slugs to war in the last century. Chavez is amusing in his rantings, but he is no doubt right, just looks like a clown with his jumping up and down. But you would do the same thing. And lets look at another clown, Saddam jumping up and down claiming he had no weapons of mass destruction like a monkey boy. He too claimed the US was setting him up.

Now we have to wonder who the real monkey boys are?
