I have never been too keen on breakfast type foods like eggs and bacon, along with the stuff on your list. I do eat fruit often, but that's an after-school type food to me. I like ham sandwhiches with mustard. Frozen macaroni (cooked of course...) is also a prime choice for breakfast.
I know someone here has to know the joys of having that left-over pizza from yesterday for breakfast as well.

Howdy Warlock,
My favorite breakfast includes eggs, steak, grits, biscuits and gravy-along with hashbrownes, made with lots of black pepper and onions, and hot, black coffee,to wash it all down with. I also like eggs with catfish as the meat part,or chicken-fried steak.
Have a good one !

I have a hard time eating in the morning, im kinda delicate.
Though if i can get it down I like an avacado with cottage cheese, mackerel filets with hot peppers from a can, marinated jalapenos stuffed with feta, artichoke hearts, brazil nuts, soy milk, coffee and mango soup (its like a fruit soup I make served cold, has little lumpies of other fruits like pinapple, peaches etc)

No way mexican hot sauce is the dirt.
Go for some Habanero extract, just dont directly touch it with your finger when your cutting it with whatever or it will burn alot (I cut mine with worstechire, horseraddish paste, pimento paste and water)

Howdy dirty raider,
Basically, refried beans-or frijoles,as the mexicans call em,are pinto beans that have been mashed up and mixed with a little lard or oil of some kind and mexican seasonings. They often serve refried beans with mexican rice, even at breakfast time,I like to mix the 2 together myself..and it's got to have some cheese on it too..lol.
Have a good one !

P.S and a couple of joints............
I like to make Biscuits and Gravy served with some scrambled eggs on top.
Other favorite breakfast foods known to be served in my kitchen:
Pecan waffles
Blueberry waffles
Western omlette
eggs, toast, grits (must be served thick for the added butter)
French toast
pancakes
sausage, bacon, ham steaks, canadian bacon
Any and all can be mixed and matched as long as I have them in the kitchen.
Served with "Community Coffee" (red bag - dark roast)

if being made at home, omlette with hashbrown and bacon inside,or just egges bacon and hashbrown
but mcdonalds, its like crack in a sandwhich
BACON EGG AND CHEESE MCGRIDDLE
waffles, pancakes, all that shit rocks to. breakfast is by far the best tasteing part of the day
hashbrowns are good.. especially scattered smothered and covered.. just adds a lot of time to making breakfast if you are making them fresh
I do have to agree the bacon egg and cheese Mcgriddles are the best of both worlds.. a mini breakfast of pancake egg bacon and cheese.

Only eat breakfast on a sunday, I hate eating just after ive got up as it makes me feel really bloated for ages.
So on Sundays I got the full hog!! Bacon (maple cured/smoked) Aberdeen Angus beef sausages, couple of potatoe waffles, couple of eggs, fried mushrooms, toast and oranje juice. Quality feed.
Sometimes I will just have smoked mackerel on toast tho, as a healthy option.
Damn, im starving now......(plans what to eat for dinner)
