plant has sprouted upside down

yea basicly i found my seedin with the split seed hanging in the air ..it this normal? lol
is there a chance of turnig it around with outshocking it?

uhh.. that's normal. the seed is being pushed out of the soil by the roots. leave her alone man, she's tryin to pop outta there.. you poking at her will only make her upset
