noob harvesting Q's

hey guys again i am a first time grower and i think ill be harvesting sometime next week. i am just curious how exactly to harvest. here are my Q's

1. where do i cut the plant
2. is it possible to just cut the flower and leave the plant alive
3. if i can just cut the flower will the plant grow new flowers?

any pics showing how to do this would be great.

Well you obviously cut the plant where the cola branchs off the stock, or you can do it where the bud stops growing, either way it wont make an effect. I would suggest just starting a new plant from seedling because re-vegging does take a while.
