ok i have 30mL of Tussionex syrup, which contains 10mg hydrocodone per teaspoon(5 mL), which means around 60 mg of hydrocodone left. the problem is, Tussionex is time-released because of the "pennkinetic" solution it is in, which makes it thick and gooey. ive taken similar doses of it so far, but the time-release goo prevents the usual warm rushes as i usually get with lortabs and other non-time release hydrocodone. is there anyway to dissolve the time release goo?? i'm thinkin maybe pour water in the bottle, shake it up to dilute, then drink up?

Tussinex contains codiene, not hydrocodone. Not the same thing. An opiate, but quite a bit weaker.

It actually contains 8mg of chlorpheniramine (antihistimine) and 10mg of hydrocodone, not codiene.

Its Tussionex not Tussinex, you must be thinking of a more popular or different brand.and its hydrocodone, not codeine im sure of that already. i was wondering about possible extraction or dilution of the time release suspension, not as to the contents of my bottle. thanks

My bad, there is more than one. Evaporate under a vacuum, then an acid/base. If that doesn't make sense, or if you lack the glassware to do it (as do I, don't feel bad) all I can say is drink more of it, perhaps you are misjudging the dose.
