Going for Urine Test today!!

Good Morning all, I am going for a urine test this afternoon, I smoke almost every night, so I have decided to sub. My question is, why does the temp of the urine have to be between 90 and 99 degrees, and what happens if I get caught!? I am very nervous about this whole thing. This is a pre employment screening. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :confused:

Optimum temp is 94-100. If the sample is outside the temp range, you 'might' be ask to resubmit a sample under observation. Worst case senerio is you fail and don't get the job. Read the substitution guidelines linked to in my signature under this post. Keep us posted with your experiance. Oh, and keeping the temp at 96-98 is really quite easy. N2
