bout 6 months ago stoned penguin was Banned , and i started a campaign to get um un banned, every week i made a new propaganda "UN BDAN STP420" pix to promote the unbanning of him and finally after a m0nth or 2 of this rigorus campaign stoned penguin 420 was un banned and now posts with us all , but since the site is proabl closing down , i guess it dosent really matter !!! .
