i got arrested and put in cuffs for felony theft and the prob officer i had to go see said i would get drug tested and shit but my lowyer said he would try to fight it so do you think ill get drug tested cuss the last time i smoked was like a week ago and i have to go to court on the 19 but ill prolly be clean

They won't drug test you until they set you up in rehabilitation classes. Probably, a month, or more after your hearing.
Then again, I'm not sure what your P.O. would do. But I think it will be a while.

drink like seriously ahalf a gallon of water a day and run with a trash bag on you sweat as much as you possibly can sweat.its all about the sweat. for real for real. ok and if you can get a date for the test thatd be awesome....go to gnc geta grug called gold seal takle 8 the day before and 8 the morning of that should mask what is left and if tehy ask why theres goldseal in your system tell them you work out and its part of your daily supplement :) go for it man (gold seal works for me but dnt depend on just that)

u dont have to take a drugtests if u didnt get arrested for anyhting with drugs u can deffaintly fight that.....

goldenseal = a hoax.
It will not do a thing. There had been multiple scientific studies conducted to confirm that goldenseal doesnt work at all.
Its the gallons of water consumed with the goldenseal that does all the work. You could pass just the same on the water-loading alone without the nasty goldenseal to go with it.

Very simple.
Goldenseal is also available in liquid form which is thought to be more "effective" than the pill form since the pill has to first digest before doing its "work". Yes it tastes very nasty.
Nevertheless, goldenseal is still a myth. It will not rid the body of THC. Its the liquids thats drank that does all the work. You passed by merely diluting your system to where you were below the tests cutoff level.

GOLDENSEAL DOES NOT WORK. You don't have to drown yourself in water the days leading up to the test either. In my experience - 3 to 4 days clean and 4 or so hours before the test drinking lots of water along with a couple aspirin and multi-vitamins has worked many times for me.

Unless you told the police, judge, or P.O. that you were commiting the theft because you were on or needed drugs you most likely will not have to do drug testing anyway.

But you guys haven't touched upon "Detectable levels" vs consumption. Its not How much, its how small an amount, IS detectable???? If you are hard core...we've all been there...I mean...three joints a day vs three tokes a day?

It doesnt matter if you got busted or not for drugs, when your on probation..if your PO says Piss in a Cup..and you either A. Dont do it..or B...Fail..your going back to your 6x6 Ft Cell with Bubba.

not true this women i work with is on federal probation for fraud and she used to get aske to take a drug test when she would go in..and she flipppped out said this is illegalk and unconstitutioanl that her case had nothing to do with drugs and she was going to report it..never again did they test her

It boils down to what his PO wants to do guys. If you have a asshole PO, that person may drug test just because they can, regardless if it has anything to do with the theft. Hopefully ya PO is level-headed and you won't have to do it. Can't be really definite here. But just for precaution, detox yourself naturally for a minute just to cover all bases.

Goldseal/goldenseal, they test for that in lab test, so just leave that alone all together.
