Ive been told by a few people that after someone takes 4 hits of acid at the same time, the US government considers you leagally insane. I know acid fucks u up but is it really that bad. I wanna hear about some insane acid trips.

So, why is Charlie Manson in prison? Cause it's bullshit, that's why! The version I heard was 7 hits. I've been to prison, not to many guys there who haven't taken 7 hits or 10 or whatever. To be legally insane (in a criminal case) you must be incapable of distinguishing between right and wrong, and if you are so incapable because of voluntary drug use, too bad, your own fault, go directly to jail. Nice to know the old stories are still out there, though.

Well that's pretty ignorant. Any state of conciousness besides the 'normal' state is considered insane, that's ridiculous.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but I'm pointing out the fact that that person said the pense tense of class, so I'm figuring that it doesn't classify anyone, anymore, as insane.
