Here we are, in the 21st century, we mix barley and grains to make alcholol, we ferment grapes to make wine (i think..i'm no wine expert), we use tobacco leaves to make cigarettes, we sell coffee beans and tea leaves by the millions to wake everyone up when the need it, we use morphine codeine and other drugs in hospitals to help the suffering and sick...

but when it comes to a couple plants and fungii (shrooms), it's a whole different story.

why? i know i'm not saying anything new, but come on already!

everyone is about 1 degree away from knowing someone that does drugs or sells drugs.

And i'm not talking about the logistics of how to sell it in the states i'm talking just letting people do what they want.

we have no problem promoting all the fucking beer on TV followed by the car commercials and all the deaths caused by drunk drivers, and the cost of insurance, and the whole alcohol industry and auto industry and sports and government is in cohoots

so why not do the same with pot. let's get it the fuck over with.

imagine turning on TV and instead of beer commercials we see pot commercials.

I totally agree with ya :cool: I think the reason that marijuana is still 'looked down upon' by that faggoty-preppy-copy-everything-on-TV part of society usually called Mainstream simply because thats what has been tought to them and their minds are as narrow as a strand of hair. They can't think for themselves and therefore the first thing tought to them must be right in their mind. Take my dad for example; grew up in a middle class rural home in Maine and grew up to be a skinny pale white guy who runs and bikes everywhere, got older and had a family. He grew up in a time when the ONLY thing he ever heard about pot was lies and bullshit (ie. Marijuana makes men grow breasts, it makes you go insane, it leads to heroin...you know that jargin bullshit) and now at the age of 45 no matter how many facts i put infront of him and regardless of how many of his peers have tried to explain to him the errors in his information he still thinks that pot is as bad as heroin (sadly enough, thats NOT a joke) Me, my shrink, uncles, aunts...fuckin hell even his own wife cant convince him that marijuana is not such a bad thing lol. What makes it even more funny is that since I was born, I have heard NOTHING but negative comments about the US government from him. He absolutely dispises(sp?) the government and still believes all the false information he was given by them haha.
