the one on the bottom and the round ones on the bottom are yellow,and look like their dying.do thest fall off or are they dying or overwatering.

Could be over watering... Is the soil around the plant a bit dry before you water? Also, can You get a pic of the issue'd leave(s)?

Ya,I have the same problem but the rest of the plant is fine and the soil round it looks really dry.
Please Help!

The seed pods will die off naturally. They feed the plants for the first week or two....then they simply fade yellow and dry and disappear :)
If they are dieing on a new seedling or a plant thats a week old or less, something is wrong ...

The leaves you are talking about are called Cotyledon leaves they are the first set of leaves the plant shows. They are not true leaves and don't count. They will turn yellow and fall off once the plant is done using them it normal just part of the cycle of life.
