What do I need

I am going to build myself a hydro drip system. Other than the settup itsself im gonna get.
Sensi Bloom Ref : Size 2 litres
Sensi Grow Ref : Size 2 litres
pH Down Ref : 250 ml
pH Up Ref : 250 ml
perlite 100l
Will this be all I need to use the kit? I allready have a ph test kit that runs from 6 to 9, will that be O.K? I want to grow 3 or 4 plants, will the amounts im buying be enough? Is there anything ive missed?

grow rocks instead of perlite is a better choice, Perlite will not be strong enough to hold the plants up for the most part
