Stunted Growth

Hello I had a bulb blow out and my seedlings were out of light for a couple days. I just put a 400 watt MH back on them a couple of days ago, but growth seems to be halted. Also, the first set of leaves is very small and semi yellow. They were only vegging for about 1 or so when this happened. Will they recover or is all lost?

They will recover just give them water/nutrients and time, they will be just fine.

They seem to be getting a little greener, and I know these are good ginetics. Hopefully all goes well, peace.
