 :( hey everyone
my lungs hurt :( it makes me scared to smoke, but i'm smoking anyway..lol..probably pretty stupid..
my lungs have hurt before, but not in a lonnggg time, i can't even remember. i took a three day break from smoking, and then i smoked, and then the next morning (yesterday morning) they were hurting. this morning they still hurt.
Does anyone know technically/medically what causes the pain? and what can i do to make it better? i don't have a humudifier or anything like that..
thanks!!!!

when i was in holland (amsterdam)...i smoked non stop...one thing that happened to me was that 1 morning when i woke up like i felt like my lungs would kind of stop worrking, and that my stomach would come up to my throat and i wouldnt be able to breathe....it wouldnt be constantly...but every once in a while i would feel this horrible sensation of having to feel like im choking and breathe in very deeply to make it go away. My uncle is a huge pothead and he told me to take alca selser (spelling?).....and it went away immediately. Try that, it may not be your lungs...but if your sure it is....i think it will go away....

Cool man, thanks a lot for responding.. it made me feel better, less paranoid about my situation... cause what you are describing is a lot worse than what i am feeling, and if you were ok, then i should be ok too :) thanks :)

is it your lungs or chest? not a dumb question, my chest hurts like hell at times. If i cough and or laugh too much it gets rollin. I cough and laugh a lot when i smoke a lot and its disconcerting sometimes. Idont have any med knowledge for humans, Im a vet. tech. but I saw your thread and experience the same thing at times and know thats what gets me goin

or shit...maybe it wasnt even the alca selser he gave me...maybe it was just the water that i drank with it that made it better...but who knows

Hmm.. I dunno what causes it. Maybe just take a break from smoking, or go tell your doctor. Be honest wit him/her and say you smoke weed alot, and he'll probably just tell you to quit.. tell him that's not an option and what else can you do to help?

If you suck to much air in, it might give you gas pains, which sometimes feels like your lungs. Every time I hurt in that area, I move around a bit. If it's gas, that works. Not like gas-out-your-ass gas, but air bubbly gas.

My lungs hurt if I overexceed lung compacity during a run or a bike ride.Really I don't get to smoke alot cause I just started a new job,new area, and don't have a steady dealer and can't grow. But on a seriuse note, not that ur lungs might be on the fritz, a good site to go to is web M.D. Just for anything that might worry u.Not to say that these fine folks ideas aren't great.Just might help better.I don't think pot is as bad as cigar or cig smoking though.

Use a volcano vaporizer. I've noticed such a difference in terms of my lungs hurting or coughing up nasty shit in the morning. And the high is damn fucking good too!
Also, do you have asthma? Taking too much ventolin can cause your lungs to over-expand.
And (of course) if you smoke cigs, stop. Not that I don't have a cancer stick every once and a while, but I noticed a big difference when I quit 2.5 years ago.
Get better! :)
