Nutmeg binge

Any health effects besides possible constipation and ergot poisoing in chronic doses I should be aware of?

Btw, binge means 3 days in row right now.

Ya, i did that too, but 1.) all of my friends houses and mine ran out of nutmeg because i ate it all.... and 2.) i was also afraid of health problems possibe
