But its such a successful terrorist training camp there, would be mean to the terrorists to stop letting them train with the most powerful army in history.

After all, what else do we have to do with all that money we don't have? Spend it on Urban Development? What a waste, the new improved terrorist funland daycamp is the right way to use money we don't have.
