I'd just make a bong or a pipe using common household items if you can't find someone to buy you a pipe/piece. The most common way to make a bong is out of a waterbottle.. search for it. I don't feel like typing it up.

umm.... if u look at the anarchy cook book.... they will tell u how to oreder things and have them sent to a fake adress and u just leave a letter on the door to the guy and telling him that u had to go some were and ask him to leave it on the back poarch. just do a search on msn for "the anarchy cook book" tells u all kinds of shit in that book.... it also will tell u about those leagle home made drugs

personally I think your best bet is to go stand infront of a headshop and wait for someone who looks like a stoner, then ask them to buy you a pipe just make sure you are fairly sure he/she wont rip you off, I used to do this all the time for cigarettes, you would be surprised how many people no matter how "straight" they look will buy a kid cigaretts lol
