Hermie question

Can or does a plant develop as a hermie or does it change to a hermie after it's started out as a female? I have a plant that has classic first sign balls but has some hairs sticking out very new secondary growth. At first I just thought that they were new leaves and very small, but upon closer inspection they are for sure hairs. What ya think? Thanks!!

The answer is both.

Plants can be fucked up transexuals by genetics and by environment.

Ok if my plant is a hermie which I think the 3 boy/girls are. Can I get some seeds from them. Someone said they should all be femanized seeds? I have no idea if this is right or wrong but I would love to know! Thanks for the help
