NEED HELP/////airport security

im going to be heading from portland oregon to so cal to spend some time at my cousins house in the moutains fishing/hunting/camping all that good shit


and i have to bring me some weed along the way cosuins are non smokers so no possible hook ups plus we gonna be in the mountains anyway my question is think it would be any problems concealing about 2 or 3 grams of weed through airport security
i was thinking bout taping it on my inner thigh i really dont see anyway there would be a problem exept for some druf sniffing dogs whcih i hihgly doubt for thsi domestic flight

there is always the risk of drug dogs since 9/11. If possible, vacuum seal your weed, rub that bag with vasoline, then stick it in another bag. Best place is to tape it up under your nuts, as they can't feel there if you set off the metal detector. Just don't use really sticky tape, cause it'll hurt like hell pulling it off :-P.

i always wrapit up in a plastic bag w/ a USED bouce(dryer cloth?) and slip it a sock and bury it somewhere in the suitcase. maybe not such a good idae to have it on your person? i know a guy who works for the tsa at Logan and he says there more concerned w/ bombs than pot so no metal. i had another friend who got caught at Logan w/ a pipe in her purse. they took it away but didnt do anything else needless to say she was a bit freakd and wont make that mistake again! bad idea. i think to carry a pipe because of the smell anyway

Vac/seal it and vasoline with more plastic sealing is a good idea.Course, I wouldn't do it cause it would be Federal law,transporting one state to another.Hell, I live in N. Tx.and a quick trip to the city I got a better grade of weed than I did on the streets of the city than I did in the sticks.Also your only dealin with a ticket if you get caught with uder 2/0z I believe.Tickets are better than felony's believe that.

indeed, I did not mean that the weed would set off the metal detector, but in your paranoid state you might forget your keys and get patted down. Its pretty obvious if they tap your leg and feel something taped to it. Also as stated above, do not hide yourself or look suspicous. Best hiding places are right out in the open where no one would expect it.

just curious about where you got you percentages as i have been to several differnt large airports recently and everyone had dogs and cops with mp3's watching the pickup/dropoff areas and baggage claim areas. they're also in the background when passing thru the x-ray and metal detectors. if i were flying right now i'd mail my stuff ahead. it's very easy to mail a 'welcome' gift basket to the motel you're using along with it's also very easy sending to a post office as general delivery. but i wouldn't carry into an airport at this time...especially the larger ones.

i would just bring a large bottle of some shit shampoo and put the weed in there. first put the weed in a zip lock bag and then put it in the shampoo bottle. and if its cheap shampoo you dont have to worry about dumping it out. it would cover up the smell and i dont think they would open up the shampoo. is this a good idea or not?

Lol, I think when he said chance of dogs he meant that the chance of there being dogs is 5% compared to the chance of there not being dogs, 95%.

And then the 25% was in another ratio. Im guessing it was 25% chance of it being a drug dog compared to the 75% chance of it being a bomb dog.

I just flew into Los Angeles today. LAX usually has very tight security around holidays. No dogs anywhere. I wasn't illegally transporting anything, though.

well all i can say, you are a idiot if you try to traffic drugs through any air port. Especially in asia or the middle east. But is it really that worth it to take that risk just to have a few tokes? 2 layers of vacuum seal with deodorant under the nuts always works for me, i prefer to keep it on-person.
Appearance counts as well, sometimes i would dress like a bit of a dork or a nerd or someone that looks straight-as-nails and they wouldnt look at me twice.
i was with friends of mine last year coming back from Queen's day in Holland, i checked through before em sober as a judge, they ducked out to smoke a joint (idiots), came back in stoned and goofing around, one of em started messing with a dog, which was a drug sniffer, it barked, and they got busted with 50g.

I have done this several times after 9/11 with no problems. Roll a few joints, remove all tabacco and shove the joints in the empty cigarette and put it in the pack. This works best with 100's.

I have carried on the airplane many times without incident. I usually just put it in a film canister and stick in my toilet bag... if you are worried, there are some toothpaste dispensers which are a plastic casing, the bottom can be easily removed and you can stuff a couple grams up there. It would take a persistent dog for them to rip open your toothpaste, but I have NEVER, EVER seen a sniffing dog in the airport... I fly about 4-5 times a year, in the U.S. and International.
