Help needed in growing concern

I have 8 10'' pots and 2 4' 3000 lumen( 40 watt ) bulbs. I have two questions, 1- Is miracle grow good for bud??? and 2 - are the lights strong enough for such growing???

2. enough for 2-3 small plants, if you are lucky...that is not much light..I'm sure others will follow with suggetions.
Can you afford more lighting?...it is a risk/reward thing...

for the time i've been here i've seen nothing but damage comin from miracle grow...

2 40watts is weak for 8 plants... ur gonna need more..
