got 14 or so seeds in the germination process.. after the 1st day, 1 seed have responded n cracked.. They're barbados i believe. 2nd day, another seed responded.. so i added 7 or so more seeds, thus my 14.

since i have a tour room... its supposed to look like an ideal "double" room, where 2 roommates live in. but since i have no roommate, i have extra furniture.. so i have the seeds germinating in a desk.. they're in bottles in water, with a electric blanket to keep the environment warm.

i'm goin to get the materials for my stealth grow bin soon after this is posted..

speakin of which.. Harddon, how's ur bin attempt comin along?

I find that it is better to plant the seeds in a small pot rather than on wet paper or something. It is to easy to damage the little thing when you are trying to plant it..
I would sugest that if you wont to no if the seed is going to germinate as quick as posable let the seed crack then you no it is germinating put it strait into the soil .
To answer your question i would plant it strait away.No good leting the root get sunlight...

so as soon as i notice the crack n see some rootling, put the seeds in soil????

the 2 are responding well, to my opinion but i'm not sure when to take'm out n i dont want them to drown...

another seed has begun to respond...
