what's a good product?

My book says to use 101010 for veg. and 102010 for flowering period......

Problem is: I can't find a 101010 or 102010........can anyone recommend organic nutrients that say 101010 or 102010 on the packaging?(name, store available, a product # would be great)

I've looked at green thumb, armstrong, and even a local hydro shop with no luck????????????????????????

are these 101010s and 102010s something I'am supposed to mix and make on my own?
