They do not have the resources. That is why the Fed govt allows States to seek Federal relief when stuff like this happens. As for fault, there was an interview of some old govt war horse (retired general) that was in charge of thinking things through before the Hurricane hit and he said well we really did not think it out that far. Given his apparent limited mind, he must be related to Bushie.

Did any of you see when Bushie first said he was going to send in Fed help (three days later), he looked like someone woke him up, told him that a Hurricane hit and pointed him to the podium. If it happened in Fla where his dopey brother is Gov and the place where he stole the first election, you bet your ass what is going on in the big easy would not be happening.
