none of these tips about diluting your urine or adding things to it work, they can all be detected and nuetralized in the lab thus revealing the real contents of the sample, LightGreen has the best idea so far-- just drink drink...drink...DRINK!!! 2 gallons a day for 3-4 days will get most of it out, also alcohol does a good job cleaning out the urinary tract drink one or two beers (no dont get shit face drunk lol) and just piss as much as you can
