Filtered joint?

idk a guy at work said he used to roll a joint on the end of a cig and smoke it like that then smoke the cig with all the resin...idk i think he was just "blowin smoke" but if u wanna filter buy a water piece

yeah cotton will take out some of the good stuff but y would you even put a cotton one in the first place just use a rolled up peice of cardboard

I normally tear a little bit of cardboard off the zig-zag cover and roll it up then place it in the end oof the joint, i no its not really a filter but it does make the joint flow alot better. Do other people do this?

purple dont be rude i personaly use zig zags and i dont like using cardboard filters ive tryed it but found it suprisingly difficult to keep in and i like smoking a non filtered joint

A filter will not stop any THC from getting to you, if you don't believe me then try it.

believe it or not.. filtered joints let less tar through then joints without filters.

personally i almost always use a filter, unless it's a small single doob.

Filters filter a small amount of the tar out, and prevent the joint from pooping in your mouth...

i dont worry about using a filter even if it does catch some tar. no one has EVER died from smoking weed EVER!!!, and until some one does, im not going to worry about a filter.

well i personally like filters like a small piece of cardboard, cuz with the cardboard you get to smoke the whole joint with weed without burning your fingers.

Are they the pre-rolled cones? Part of the reason I smoke joints is the ritual of skining up, using a pre-rolled or rolling machine ruins the fun for me.

a proper cotton filter is different though, you definately still get stoned using them, but if its less or not i really dont know, and its completely up to you if you like it more.. dont listen to the fools saying it completely filters thc

I think the point is that a cotton filter would collect some of the vapour (thc or not), and you would end up having to smoke the filter to get the rest of it too. At least thats what denis leary says about cigarrettes.
