Take some apple juice, some sugar, some champagne or wine yeast and put it in a glass bottle. Don't seal it too tight or it will explode. In a couple of days to a week, you'll have alcoholic cider. I did it with orange juice, it foamed like crazy and smelled like shit, but apple juice shouldn't be a problem. I mixed prune juice and grape juice, Made it 2/21/05 and just opened it. It's drinkable but not that great. Just experiment.

It'll probably taste so bad because it'll be full of micro nasties, it'll need sterilising first and you'd need one of those bendy glass fellas to ensure it stays sterile, i forget what its called.
