My Pipe!

Pretty cool pipe, it's made out of brass.. the bowl is big as fuck.. it gets me high .. and if I want to clean it, I can just unscrew it and soak it in water.

The really cool thing is that it only cost me 1.79 for the materials from my local Home Depot. All it took was a bit of wandering around the piping section and sticking random pieces to one another.

It hits hard as fuck.

Exactly. Glass is nice, and hits nice, but homemade pipes out of metal or plastic isn't that bad. Lets not be picky now ;)

I think a good idea for a glass pipe is to make it into 2 sections, each end would be fused into the glass, and the two pieces could screw together to make into one. Good idea I thought, because that way, you wouldn't be putting heat on metal, it would still be glass, but you could unscrew it for easy cleaning. I don't know, just a thought.

Yeah, that's pretty much the only downside. I would recommend getting one of those washer things that's a circle with a hole in the center and glue that to the end that you normally put your mouth on. That way, there's not so much air coming in and hitting the bud at once, so it will light a bit less and not burn so much.

Seriously though.. this pipe hits hard as FUCK. It's rediculous. You almost have to smoke it like a tobacco pipe (small, short puffs) to keep from destroying your throat. Also, having a glass of ice-cold water nearby is a must.

My friends and i nuilt swomething similar to this. But we use a 9 inch 1 and a half inch diameter pipe. Every hit taken with it is crucial. Even the most veteran smokers cough their head off. It was fun but we only did it becuz we were desperate. Now i only smoke out of glass or occasionally acryllic. THe brass works but is almost too harsh to enjoy.

It is. I have no idea if it's because of the bowl size, or just how hard it hits you.. but I was genuinely suprised the first time that I tried it out.. I was like, "Shouldn't I have come down.. 3 hours ago?"

actually after taking 2 - 3 bong rips when i visited my sisters college and then taking one grav hit i was wasted for the day from 1pm to sleep after midnight. i ate an entire pizza and felt sick cause my munchies were crucial. but then i smoked every once in awhile. im not sure what kind of weed it was

actually, in a way it could... if you got a small pipe, you aren't going to get as much smoke as you would say with a gravity bong, more smoke you take in = longer & more intense high....

I think we've smoked out of just about everything, lol...my husband has always made homemade pipes/bongs, etc...and they have always been really good and gotten great reviews from fellow smokers, lol. Actually, he made one exactly like the one in the picture above -- his fav. to make is like a gravity bong with a 2 liter bottle and a bread bag - the bowl being on top of the lid of the 2 liter. We have our fair share of boughten pipes/bongs including glass - we use'em all....but we have most fun with the homemade ones I think, lol.

Here's a metal one I made when I broke my old glass pipe. It hits hard like yours does and with the long one you can get big hits. The mouth piece fits perfectly in these tubes I use for a water bong I made out of a pill bottle and some glass thing that will give you fuckin nice hits.
