Legally speaking you could HOWEVER the federal government (especially in the states) violates state law and rights(civil, constitutional) constantly. It doesnt recognize the THC ministries despite the fact it does meet the qualifications. If your a full blooded native american you can probably get away with it though. Growing it would have to be (excuse the unintentiontal pun) reserved for the reservation only.

You make a very HUGE mistake there brother weirdo, THC Ministry does get recognized by federal government as wel as state law, as a matter of fact THC Ministry filed a lawsuit against the DEA and Ashcroft last year and they din't like that at all, and a new lawsuit is being prepared as we speak btw.

It is true that in some cases (USA) local courts do not recognize the religious defence but we work to get that changed soon, the upcomming lawsuit, an injunction relief case, will settle that. As you said yourself, We DO HAVE THE LAW (US, and international) ON OUR SIDE.

We also already booked a few significent cuccesses, members who got encounters with law officials and who got their cases droped or not even recorded in a few cases, and we have testimonials on that from members who tell their experiences on our forums, in fact, in the 'members only' section on our boards you can find many of those stories.

HOWEVER, we are NOT for everyone, we are NOT for people who just want to "smoke legal weed" without any awareness of the spiritual properties. And "commerce" is not allowed.

have a happy day,

Ferre

Wow Ferre you completely misread my post and said I was wrong then went on to enforce everything I had just said in your own post in an elongated way. Please reread my post and realize I said the church HAS the protection but the government VIOLATES the law by prosecuting members anyway......I think your worshipping our favourite plant a little too much if you disagree with me then go off to show how right I was......

Nice try though and your hearts in the right place....

Oops, sorry about that bro. Yep, you are right, the US officials do not always obey the law, but we do have more and more cases where they did, we just need to get the numbers, meaning the numbers of members who demand their rights being protected when they have encounters with law enforcement officers. There will be a point of "cretical mass" and the sooner we reach this the sooner people will be able to grow and use cannabis for spiritual reasons all over the US with no fear at all.

Wow sXe actually it doesnt, some people in the courts do but the federal government doesnt or NO ONE would get arrested.....geez man might want to think before you jump the gun like that ;). Some states recognize it others dont, might want to read up on that as well....;).

Might want to keep "pwned" out of your point making too it tends to lessen your point to some (not myself) because of its base in "video game lingo", and the connotations of who plays video games (despite the sales numbers of course ;) ).

And sloppy post? I'm sorry I didnt realize sentence structure was so important but lo and behold I did use it....will wonders never cease. I guess your right though because you said so , screw the rules of english literature and factual comprehension im wrong! If you'll read all the posts again slowly you might see where the mistake was made. It was an honest one in which I explained myself more clearly and ferre realized what I was saying exactly and said so. Then you come on after the fact? Weird when the evidence is right before you.....Do you think O.J. is innocent? Just curious ya know.
