Yes, you freeze them too once they are dry.

There is a thread at OG where they show you how to make a shaker. There is also a thread where they show you how to use a coffee grinder too.

Only the trim, or the frosty clippings. Fan leaves don't have THC to speak of. You can see them at that point with your eyes anyway.
