Using a gas mask or boxing out a car can cause damage, simply because of the carbon monoxide created in the combustion of plant material. However, I doubt simply holding in hits longer will hurt your brain.

hlding it 4 long aint bad it just gets it in 2 different parts of the lungs which r newer (to weed). The same thing happens wen u toke then cough thats y u always feel a little bit more high

Just to add, THC is absorbed through your lungs into your bloodstream as soon as you breath it in. Keeping the smoke in any longer only allows the dangerous carcinogens to enter your bloodstream.

there is no evidence that cannibis causes brain damage..

hotboxing i dont think it is its basicly replacing the airflow to you brain and body with THC so itturns making you higher and for holding it in no brain damage unless it was for like 10 mins. straight it would be like drowning
