I'm a UCLA fan, and it pains me to see USC be amazingly good. The worst part is that they will be really good for a really long time.

The best part...I think they said everyone from their starting team last year (for USC) is returning. I can't wait, I love USC and it would be amazing to see them win another championship.

UT is gonna be in the championship with USC! Go UT!
Screw UT. As long as Mack Brown is on the sidelines, UT will NEVER beat OU. If they can go up to the shoe and beat OSU at home, then I'd look out for them. But right now, Texas still has a lot to prove. VY's arm, as you all now, is horrible. The guy is absolutely amzing int he open field, but he has no arm to compliment him. As for the NC goes, it's a toss up. I think USC will be beaten this year. Norm Chow was huge for that program over their back-to-back titles. They're loaded though..............so ya never know lol. But, I can't wait for next weekend! Fall is the best time of year

I'm an ACC guy myself. Go Hoos! Sadly, hoo fans have seen nothing but mediocrity from Al Groh. Hopefully this year will be different. I predict we'll beat Florida State (home) and maybe Virginia tech (home). I also predict Notre Dame to beat USC.

I never really saw the point in watching people fight over which direction a ball should be going in...but that's just me.

You're joking...right? Michigan is so nasty this year. They had a true-freshman QB last year, and STILL made it to the rose bowl. He had a nasty season, might I add. ANd how bout that Mickey Hart. Kid can run. They're definetly gonna be sick this year. You can count on it.

did u see how they got they asses ran all over by ohio state and texas? they lost alot of talent from a defense that wasnt really that good anyway. i dont see any chance in hell their qb will be near as good as he was without braylon edwards caching every pass that comes his way. and their running game will take a hit because they lost one of the best blocking fullbacks in the conference and prolly the best center in the country from last season. with all that having been said i think michigan is in for a down year. but thats jus tmy opinion i guess.

That's true, I didn't take into account of the Braylon Edwards factor. How do you think Virginia is gonna do this year? It really all depends on Marques Hagans.

dont kno much about virginia or any other acc teams for that matter but Ahmad Brooks is prolly the best pro prospect of any linebacker in the nation.

WTF?
The referee appears to have a horrendous task of actually reffing the game!
Dont understand it in the slightest!

Ya got that right. Ahmad is a fuckin' beast. Last year against Virginia tech, he leaped over the offensive line and sacked Bryan Randall.

And a year later, longhorns blew out oklahoma with mack brown still coaching, they beat OSU but not at home, vince youngs arm is spectacular this year and his feet are great as always, USC was not beaten that year, and still hasnt been beaten so it looks like theyre fine without norm chow, how can you not be fine with reggie bush and matt leinart though
^I was saying that UT had a lot to prove, and they proved it lol. I never said they'd beat OSU at home......................I said "If they can go up to the shoe and beat OSU at home........", the shoe is referring to the horse shoe buddy. And yes, Norm Chow did make a difference. IMO there play calling was nothing like what it was last year. Good post though.....lol
