Bongs make it stronger?

Bongs have always been my preference at home, but I was wondering if theres any difference in the amount of THC that you consume between Joints, Blunts, Bowls and Bongs. In other words would a bong make less weed go further?

Bongs do make weed last longer just because you only lighting it when you toking so less is wasted.

You would get just as much thc from a blunt if you were to use the same amount of weed in both. Bong would be more hassle, and you would probably pack it more times than it would take to roll a blunt. Blunts are better. Feel free to have your own opinion but know that i dont care. :)

IMO bongs eat up weed real fast....but maybe thats just mine.
SOmething that could be 3-4 hits in the pipe, would only be 1 good hit and 1 poop hit in the bong.

Actually, if you rolled all that weed into a blunt, you would get less THC, since much of the smoke would be wasted as the blunt burns between hits.

Have you smoked a blunt before, unless you got a fan blowin on that bitch, barely any weed at all gets burned between hits. That is nothing compared to the high you get compared to the high you would get smoking that much weed in a bong.

Yes, I have smoked a blunt before and noticed that it, like joints, wastes some smoke between hits. Even if it might be considered "barely any weed", it is too much. I take a hit off my bowl/bong and then cap it. I don't wanna waste my money.

I've got a little mini pipe i made and the bowl is like a the size of a dime and a cm deep, i can usually get like 3 hits off that bowl. i think it saves more weed than my bong but i donno i cant think right now.

if you packed the same amount of weed into a blunt and a bong, the bong would be more efficient
just because you pack a bong more doesnt mean it makes you pay a fee or somethin, you just pack it more
just because you dont lose a ton of smoke in w/ a blunt doesnt mean you dont lose any, with bongs you seriously waste NO smoke
bongs let you hit way harder,you get way more smoke, and the more smoke you get at a time, the higher you get

Yeah but in joints and blunts, near the end of them they get really resonated (roach) and that seems to get me really fucked.

I like bongs for when Im smoking a small or medium quantity of marijuana. I like blunts when I wanna smoke alot fast without reloading the bowl 100 times..

yea but then think of the blunmt wraps. after 1-2 months the amount of blunt wraps would cancel out the bong without the wasted weed aspect.

bongs get you way higher than blunts do. the only reason blunts get you so high is theyre using so much weed. say you had a 3 gram blunt, and compaired it to smoking 3 grams in a bong. that's like 15-20 bowls. bongs are the best.

Hmm. I smoke blunts, and they tend to burn really really slowly between hits. I would say that less smoke comesoff one of those babies than from a joint, which is always wasting smoke. Thus, blunts are better than bongs.

Personally, I get a better high off of blunts or joints than off a bong. So I would subscribe that a portion of the psychoactive THC is taken away by the water. True or not, that's how it works for me. I'm a lot higher off a joint or blunt than if I smoke the same amount in a bong.

Anyway, who says you have to smoke an entire blunt? When I use a Cyclone wrap, I may take 5 or 7 hits off of the blunt, start to feel good, then just stick it back in the tube and put the cap on it. It goes out, and I can fire it up later whenever I feel like it. Plus, I think whatever you waste - which, again, when smoking a blunt, is not a lot - is more than made up for with the ultra-potent roach. The last hits from a blunt are better than anything from a bong.

Another aspect of the bong is that it makes my sick to have to scrape that motherfucker and change the water. That, friends, is often too much work. And smoking resin? Fuck that shit; I hate resin. Which is not to say that I won't smoke it if I'm out of weed and need a buzz, but the stuff just makes me ill. I hate the smell and taste, and my lungs hurt like a motherfucker if that's all i'm smoking.

To sum up, you can conserve just as well with a blunt as with a bong, so I'll go for the blunt over the bong 7 days a week. I just get more of a body high (which makes me very quiet and wanting to curl up on the couch and watch T.V) from the bong, and more of a head-rush and social high from a blunt or a joint.

In short, no I don't find that bongs save more, and I think they tend to fuck up my high.

when i only have a little bit of weed left i tend to throw a gravity bong together(one that uses water to draw and passes the smoke through water) i put one of those metal things on the end of cables that you use for cable TV as a bowl so its a one hit gravity bong, then i smoke like .3 and get super toasted, try rolling a blunt out of .3 and tell me if you get as baked as off a gravo let alone even get a single toke off the thing. but if ive got enough weed i always roll up a joint or blunt, there way less of a hassle and i tend to have a better high with a joint or blunt

i dont think it has shit to do with what ur using, just matters how much weed u decide to pack...i used to think gravity saved weed but when i hit pipes and shit it just got me as fucked up but theres 2 things diff about all things, how fast it gets u high and how cleaner it is for ur lungs. also its just ur preferred way of toking wether its pipes, bongs, gravitys,one-hitters, bubblers, blunts, joints, or vapos its all up to u....i jus wanted to feel fancy and list everything =p

I think bongs get you the highest but not because of the higher THC content. They get you the highest because the smoke is cooled by the water making it easy to take a bigger hit. With a dry piece or a joint/blunt the smoke is often hot and harsh making it difficult to get as much smoke deep into your lungs. A bong is actually less efficient as far as THC content goes because the water actually filters out a small amount of the THC along with the tar and the heat but a bong rip is going to let you inhale MUCH more smoke than a dry pipe or joint will. I think bongs conserve more weed than a joint or blunt because a bong bowl is not burning all the time, but I think a dry pipe conserves even more because it is harder to take bigger hits meaning you are not burning so much weed per hit. But bongs definitely get you more fucked up.
