My plants. Critisism please!

Hi,

Here are my plants. I can't remember how old they are, but I think they're going alright. They're growing under a 400w MH. I plan on only growing 2 plants under this light, and the others will probably be taken outside once they outgrow their space in the cupboard.

Hardon, could you give me some pointers on what I should do, as I think you're good at growing marijuana. Anyone else, can you please help too?

Of course I would love to tell you what I think...

I think your plants are absolutely beautiful, healthy, robust and very nice.

You have done a great job...so far.

You have a couple of issues coming down the road....

At least one, maybe 2 plants are going to have their roots exposed to some form of light becuase of the nature of the semi-transparent containers you have them in.

I would wrap those up quick in some foil.

I notice a very handy little electrical strip laying right a floor level where water 'could' seep and find its way over there....that could be a problem unless you are an eel. :)

But from all else I can see, you have done very very very nice.

What are you space dimensions?

Ok critise..................oh my god there the worst plants I've ever seen, have you been weeding the garden and found something there what you thought were cannabis , so you thought you'd try them .................

I read on an earlier post that you have you're own compost heap............me too, just make sure you riddle it out well and get rid of all the big lumps and bugs out before use.

As for pinching thats easy, just take the very top newest growth sprout between you're finger nails and gently squeeze, the top will come off very easily.
When to pinch?...............thats totally at you're discretion, I usually pinch at just under a half metre, wait 4-5 days and switch to HPS on a 12 hour cycle and start inducing. Next time I grow I'm gowing to try and pinch a couple of times whilst on vegitive growth to hopefully have a couple more main stems.

However thats just my way of doing things, so wait and read the replies of more experenced and knowlegable growers than me :)

Do not pinch until you get about two -three more nodes on your plants :)

it looks awesome, i cant think of any criticism but maybe you could consider puting white paper down on the floorboard to reflect even more light, looking at your plants i'd say your doing excellent

instead of pinching the growths off... get one of your plants and when it makes a node that you would normally pinch... cut 75-80% of it off....


like imagine if you were standing and someone cut your body off at the shins...

SUPOSEDLY it is suposed to promote the growth of double the amount of shoots at this spot... i wish i could find the reference material to back myself up...

hey hightillidie where did u get that info sounds interresting ill try it on a couple of my babies . wanna c how it does hope it works.np ive got a boatload of nug seed(got lucky):P and hardon ur knowledge has helped me greatly i appreciate it::):):):).ill be posted pics real soon ive grown outdoor quite a few times but this is my first indoor project.the forum rox!!!!

man i have searched my hard drive to see if i saved the info (i have a backup harddrive from another comp. that i save any interesting grow books, online info, ect..) but i can't seem to find the article... but i know for a fact i read it from another reliable source... like another grow forum or something... anywhich way maybe harddon will detail us
