hi everyone i am a first time grower and this is my virgin post of these boards.
two questions.

1. what is ideal humidity.. i have a running humidifier now and the plants seem fine.

2. all the fan leaves sprouted so far have only three points? whats up with that... i look at everyone elses pics and there fan leaves have 5/7 points?

1. Not sure about humidity.

2. The three points is just at the begining. You should get five points next and then seven. And depinding on the strain, you may even get more points than that.

An ideal range for humidity whilst in veg state should be around 60 - 65%. That can be very tough to accomplish if you have good circulation with air and are extracting the air from the room.

But I don't believe you can harm these plants with a dryer climate.

The real factor to watch is in flower where you want to keep the humidity at or below 25 - 30%.

And thats easy to do if your ventilation is swift, strong and efficient.

Good luck. :)
