well i feel for you i have the same probs.. not sure myself about the soapy water maybe u should let people know how far into flowering they are? i hate using anything that smells.. u should go get some predator insects? theyre only cheap.

mines at 7 weeks n every day im pullin a few mited leaves off.. n there startin on the big bud-fans... i also wana know will the mites cain my buds while its cut n dryin ..

I don't use the soap trick myself. I use hot pepper wax spray it's safe to use up to harvest and does not affect the taste that I have ever noticed.

I used neem oil with pyrithin(spelling) and those mites don't seem to give a shit no matter what I spray...I'm beginning to think there never gonna go away.
Never grow romulan in a super dry,hot climate the mite wont get off that strain ...the rest of my strain hold them of for the most part.

i use the pyrethium bombs about 20 bucks each usually have to do it twice a cycle, which means 4 bombs, set 1 off wait 3 - 4 days for eggs to hatch and do another, imagine if you had 1 to 2 thousand little bloodsuckers feeding off of you, or you could do nothing and use it as a selling point call it mitey 026/14 and raise the price

For your setup I would use the bug bombs too. Nice see of green you have going there too.

IF you got the BALLS, AVID is the way... that shit will KILL anything.. even YOU.. if you are not carefulll...

but don't use on budding plants... YIKES


ALSO, you can get CO2 and jack the CO2 levels to ungoddly amounts.. this will suffocate th buggers....

Another suggestion would be after you finish and are in between crops use the bombs then too, DONOT use during bloom! Even if you don't have any plants the room that doesn't mean there aren't bugs. And also if you have shrubs by your house check them too. you can might be bringing bugs in everytime you enter your grow room. EX. a buddy of mine had to huge holly's by is back door, couldn't control his mites, come to find out his shurbs were covered and that he and his dog(who loved to lay under the shrubs) were bringing them in the house evertime they entered. Adding more and more, check it out!

TRy putting 2or3 cloves of garlic in your mister this works for greenfly but I'm not sure bout mites

what happens when you release the lady bugs and they all die with in the first 8 hours

my thoughts on spider mites is this,
ya know how annoyed you get when you first discover them?
it's maddening right,

well you gotta make it just as annoying or even worse for them!

when you spray with pepper spray or neem or even avid youve gotta make sure you get the stem wet all the way up to the top of the plant.
pay special atteninion to the internodes

and then get all the undersides of the leaves.

Organic stuff like neem and pepper spray and garlic makes a lotta sense to me.

you can also use a tube-type vacumn cleaner and suck the buggers off along with their webbing w/o any sprays, other than spraying pesticide into the vacumn after sucking off the bugs...

There is a preditor mite out there for mites thats all they eat... mite monster...thats what you need
