Over the years, after trying many strains from all over the world, you of find the type of plant that suits you well, I mean you dont want a haze like plant in your grow closet if its too small...haze is a long flowering plant,,,picking out the right strain to fit your needs will come in trial and error..(sp) ..many have dreams of finding the ultimate strain..I have been taking notes and journas and even video taped all my growings..thru out the years to keep a record of the strains i have come to grow, their habits, etc..
I found by making notes on ferts and how much i used helped out a lot...
the clones dated, the strain name, bought from who, pest problems..etc..this will play such a important row in your grow..So making notes and keepin a personal record is important for a successful grow...
