2 lighting question's/scenario's

1. I just knocked my surge protector off which cut off my flower room lights 1 hour early. Would you A.let it stay off....B. turn it back on, which will take 15 minutes, and it will cut-off @ regular time 45 minutes later.

2. I have clones I want to put in with my already flowering plants. The query is; my veg room lights come on right before my flower room turns off...
In other words, my veg room cuts-on @11:00pm...My flower room cuts-off @11:30 pm

So, Is there anyway to put them together and how many days, do you think it will take...my only other option is to flower 1 room and move light to other room when at the end of first rooms light period...
HELP...just kidding...I just thought somebody might have had this experience before and could give me some suggestions to ponder. :)

this is imho

i would restart the light just so i woulnt have to reprogram the timer (i know im hella lazy)

i would pull from the veg room while its dark and put into the flower room while light my thoughts being that your not going to screw up the plants hormones much cus if ya veggin ya could run em for 24 where ya gotta keep it 12 12 to keep em buddin good
