Question on these pills..(sleep-aids)

They are extra strength, and the ingridients are; Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 50mg each pill. Can these pills giv me a "high"? how much should i take? it says don't exceed over 1 a day. thanks.

200 mgs of Diphenhydramine plus weed is great

last night i took 200mgs of Diphenhydramine then smoked a bowl about an hour later after the pills kicked in never felt so relaxed felt like i was floating
